Return Policy

- All Sales Are Final. If a product is defective we will be happy to exchange your item. You must contact customer service within seven days of delivery and be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending the defective items back.

- The RMA# must be clearly printed on the shipping box.

- Packages returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.

- Customer is responsible for all return postage charges.

- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from refund.

- Customer is responsible for all expenses incurred for unclaimed packages.
